You can request deletion of your MealBeta account and personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit the request, what information is removed, and what may need to be kept for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, or dispute-resolution reasons.
Fast checklist
Before you request deletion
Send the request from the email address connected to your MealBeta account so we can verify ownership.
Add your name and any phone number connected to the account, if available.
We will review, verify, and process eligible deletion requests as quickly as possible.
Submit your request
Email privacy@mealbeta.com with the subject line Delete my MealBeta account. Tell us the account email and the name on the account.
We verify ownership
For your safety, we may ask for limited information to confirm the request is coming from the account owner before deleting data.
Deletion is completed
After verification, eligible account data is removed or anonymized. We will confirm when the request has been handled.
What happens when your account is deleted?
Information we aim to remove
Profile details, saved meals, meal preferences, meal plans, shopping-list history, app personalization data, and other account records tied directly to your MealBeta profile.
Information that may be retained
Some records may be kept only where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, support history, unresolved disputes, or backup retention limits.
Third-party services
If you used services connected to restaurants, chefs, payments, authentication, analytics, hosting, or support tools, some data may also be controlled by those providers according to their own policies.
Backups and logs
Deleted data may remain briefly in encrypted backups or system logs until those backups rotate out, but it will not be used to recreate your active account.
